As an Licensed Practical Nurse LPN,you’ll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

• Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines
• Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care

$36.00 - $40.00/hour
*Depending on Experience
$2/hour differential on Noc Shift
