Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Reed City, MI to provide 1:1 pediatric care in a community setting. The role supports both part-time and full-time schedules.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, delivering prescribed care, monitoring patient status, and documenting findings. Qualified candidates are LPN licensed in MI with BLS, TB test/Chest X-ray, and current certification.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
