Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking an LPN in Norton Shores, MI to provide 1:1 homecare for pediatric or adult patients. Positions are available part time and full time.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
