Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Holland, MI is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients. Full/Part-time schedules are available with competitive pay and weekly paychecks.

You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, and deliver skilled nursing services per orders. LPN/LVN license in state of practice, TB/Chest X-ray, and current BLS are required; one year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray evidence of health.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Full/part time available

Salary: $30 - $35 / hour

  Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

  Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

  Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.

• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

• Current BLS card.

• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
