Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Harrison, MI to care for pediatric and adult patients in their homes. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, following orders, and monitoring patients with feeding tubes, tracheostomies, or ventilator needs.

Applicants must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the state, have TB/Chest X-ray clearance, and a current BLS certification. Prior nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• TB or Chest X-Ray clearance.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services per orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyzes, and interprets data from health care team and documents nursing diagnoses.

Salary: $32 - $35 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Harrison, MI to work with pediatric and adult patients in their own homes. Patient needs most often include gastronomy tube, tracheostomy, and/or ventilator care.

Responsibilities:
