Job summary

The Shores, a UMC community in Ocean City, NJ, is seeking an experienced LPN to support resident wellness and quality of life in our assisted living setting.

You will administer medications, perform wellness rounds, maintain records, and collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care.

Must hold a New Jersey LPN license, CPR certification, be 21+, and have 3+ years of nursing experience, preferably in long‑term care.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Current and active LPN license in New Jersey (required).
• CPR certification (required).
• 3+ years of nursing experience preferred, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

What You'll Do

• Provide professional nursing services that support resident wellness, comfort, and quality of life within an assisted living community
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and community policies
• Maintain accurate and timely resident records to support effective communication and service coordination
• Perform routine wellness rounds and monitor resident status, reporting observations as appropriate
• Build positive relationships with residents and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to deliver a resident-centered experience

What You'll Need
