Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services that support resident wellness, comfort, and quality of life within an assisted living community.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and community policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely resident records to support effective communication and service coordination.
• Perform routine wellness rounds and monitor resident status, reporting observations as appropriate.
• Build positive relationships with residents and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to deliver a resident-centered experience.
