Job summary

The Heritage in New York, NY is seeking a dependable LPN to join our 79-bed facility for the long term. You will provide compassionate nursing care, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with CNAs, RNs, physicians, residents and families to maintain quality of life.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license, with prior long-term-care experience and familiarity with Sigma Care. We value consistency, professionalism, and a team-oriented approach to resident care.

The Heritage is a 5-star, 79-bed nursing home building a great team—and we're looking for an LPN who wants to be part of it for the long term.

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and experienced LPN who is looking for more than a temporary position. We want someone who is ready to build relationships with our residents, become part of our team, and grow with The Heritage.

What You'll Do
