The Heritage at Irene Woods is seeking a hospitality focused LPN to join our team. This role provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises care by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

We value hospitality in every interaction and offer an environment that respects life stories and human dignity. Responsibilities include ADL assistance, care plan monitoring, reporting to the Health Services Director, and coordinating with other disciplines.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in state worked.
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community.
• Position wages negotiable based on experience

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to physician's orders and established standards.
• Delegate and supervise care provided by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.
• Identify resident medical and behavioral changes and monitor care plans and re-assessment.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning conditions and needs for nursing supplies.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines to ensure holistic care.
• Enjoy 1 free meal per shift!

The Heritage at Irene Woods is recruiting for a hospitality focused LPN to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines
• Enjoy 1 free meal per shift!
