Job summary

Heritage Care Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. You will provide quality nursing care, support resident well-being, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care and meaningful experiences.

The role operates on a 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM shift with holiday rotation, shift differential, and opportunities for education and development.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize and make sound clinical decisions.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to quality care.
• Full-time hourly position.
• Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM.
• Holiday rotation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, physician orders, and facility policies.
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
