Heritage Hall is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our caregiving team in Virginia. You will provide compassionate resident care, support daily living activities, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role offers full-time and part-time shifts (7am-3pm, 11pm-7am, 3pm-11pm) with competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth. We value respect, team support, and residents treated with dignity.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active LPN license in Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow nursing procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Adhere to safety, privacy, and infection-control policies.

LPN Qualifications:
