Job summary

Sierra Post Acute is hiring LPNs to deliver patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting. You will join a team focused on residents’ well-being, with opportunities for growth and collaboration across disciplines.

The role requires an active Colorado LPN license and CPR certification, with background checks required. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, offering competitive pay and benefits, plus a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.
• Experience in LTC/SNF a plus.

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.
