Job summary

Powdersville Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking compassionate LPNs for full-time day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM). You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the care team to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Current SC LPN license and CPR are required. We offer $28–$31/hour with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a $5,000 nursing school loan repayment, plus comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities within South Carolina.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• CPR certification required.
• Must maintain continuing education and licensure requirements.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Respond to emergencies and changes in condition.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Utilize PCC and other clinical systems as needed.
