Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Grand Rapids to work 1:1 in a homecare setting with pediatric or adult patients.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN in the state where practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and information from health care members and nursing diagnoses.
