Park Place Transitional Care & Rehab in Great Falls, MT, is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to lead and support a night-shift team on a high-acuity unit. You will supervise nursing assistants, ensure accurate narcotic counts, and communicate with the Nurse Manager to maintain high-quality resident care.

The role requires graduation from an approved practical/vocational nursing program and an active LPN/LVN license in Montana or a compact state.

• Direct and monitor nursing assistants on the unit.
• Follow procedures for narcotic counts, pharmacy orders and restraint reduction.

• Document and report changes in condition, including nutrition, infections, skin and weight.
• Give and receive shift report.
• Help admit and orient new residents; transcribe and communicate physician orders.

• Hiring bonus: $10,000 for 1 year or $20,000 for 2 years (ask us about payout terms)
