Job summary

Park Place Transitional Care & Rehab in Great Falls, MT is seeking an experienced nurse manager to lead the night shift and keep the building running smoothly from 6p to 6a. You will oversee charge nurses, supervisors, CNAs and med techs across every unit.

Active RN license in Montana or a compact state is required, with 2+ years in skilled nursing or long-term care and proven leadership and communication. BLS required; ventilator or trach experience is a plus but not required.

• Calm, confident leadership and clear communication with staff, families and physicians.
• Current BLS; ventilator or trach experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the nurse manager on duty for the whole building overnight, 6p-6a.
• Lead and support charge nurses, supervisors, CNAs and med techs across every unit.
• Manage night staffing: fill call-offs, adjust assignments and approve overtime as needed.
• Communicate with on-call physicians and keep families informed of changes overnight.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies and concerns and upscale to the DON or administrator when needed.
• Round on every unit and audit documentation, orders and supplies.
• Give a clear shift report to the day team at 6a.

• Hiring bonus: $10,000 for 1 year or $20,000 for 2 years (ask us about payout terms)

• Schedule: Full-time, night 12-hour shifts, 6p-6a
