Park Place Transitional Care & Rehab in Great Falls, MT, is seeking an LPN/LVN to join a high-acuity unit on a team that feels like family. The facility houses Montana's first long-term ventilator and tracheostomy unit, offering opportunities to build respiratory skills while remaining in-state.

Roles include direct resident care, supervising nursing staff, and coordinating with physicians. Competitive wages and flexible scheduling are available, with full-time, part-time, days, nights, and PRN

Competenze

• Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing program.
• Current LPN/LVN license in good standing in the State of Montana or a compact state.
• New grads, seasoned nurses and multistate licensees welcome.

Mansioni

• Help make sure quality care is delivered through staff monitoring, physician contact, care planning and daily resident observation.
• Provide direct resident care.
• Direct and monitor nursing assistants on the unit.
• Follow procedures for narcotic counts, pharmacy orders and restraint reduction.
• Document and report changes in condition, room changes, LOAs, admissions and discharges.
• Give and receive shift report; transcribe and communicate physician orders.
