Job summary

Park Place Transitional Care & Rehab in Great Falls, MT is hiring a registered nurse to join a compassionate care team. You will provide resident care in a clean, safe environment, collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants to build and adjust the nursing care plan, and document medication administration with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Montana or a compact state.
• Prior RN experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in a clean, safe environment.
• Build the nursing care plan with physicians, therapists and nursing assistants.
• Make nursing diagnoses and work with residents and the care team.
• Record medication administration.
• Monitor and direct assigned staff.
• Follow procedures for nursing equipment.
