Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute in Grand Junction, CO is hiring full-time LPNs to join a compassionate team providing patient-centered care in a skilled nursing unit. Nurses may supervise nurse assistants and handle medication passes and treatments.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.
• Supervise nurse assistants where needed and ensure safe medication administration.
• Maintain resident comfort and safety while delivering high-quality nursing care.
