Job summary

Heritage Hall is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will build meaningful relationships with residents and collaborate with the care team to support daily living and health needs.

Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold an active LPN license in Virginia. Long-term care experience is preferred and strong communication is essential.
