Heritage Hall is seeking a dedicated LPN in Clintwood, Virginia to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, support daily health needs, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Must have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
