Heritage Hall Healthcare & Rehab Centers is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse in Virginia. You will work with residents in a close-knit team, delivering compassionate care across day, evening, and night shifts.

An accredited nursing program graduate with an active VA LPN license is required, and long-term care experience is preferred. You will communicate effectively with residents and staff to support quality care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care to residents.
