Heritage Hall in Virginia is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for day and night shifts. Join a team that values connections with residents and a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care within our long-term care community.

As an LPN, you will build relationships with residents, support health needs, and ensure compliance with nursing standards and state regulations. Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold an active Virginia LPN license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active LPN license in Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations governing long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Build real relationships with residents and provide compassionate care.
• Deliver care during day and night shifts in line with facility guidelines.
• Make independent decisions as required to support resident well-being.

LPN Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program

• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
• Ability to make independent decisions
