Job summary

Heritage Hall is seeking an LPN to join our close-knit, supportive team in Leesburg, VA. You will work within a community-focused facility and contribute to high-quality resident care on a full-time schedule.

Shifts run 7am-3:30pm and 3pm-11:30pm. Ideal candidates have an accredited nursing program degree, Virginia LPN license, and preferably experience in long-term care. We value teamwork and adherence to nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Active LPN license in Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Effective communication with a variety of individuals.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
