Heritage Hall is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate care and build relationships with residents in our long-term care facility. You will support daily living activities, monitor residents' health, and collaborate with the care team to maintain a warm, family-like environment.

Applicants should have completed an accredited nursing program and hold an active Virginia LPN license, with preference for long-term care experience and strong communication skills.
