Centennial Post Acute in Anchorage, AK is seeking a licensed practical nurse to deliver compassionate nursing care and contribute to resident well-being. You will assess residents, create care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality treatment.

Qualificações

• Current LPN license in the State of Alaska.
• Current CPR certification.
