As the Manager, Data Platform, you will lead a talented team responsible for designing, building, enhancing, and administering enterprise data platforms that power analytics, reporting, and business operations across the organization. You will help shape the strategic direction of our data platform ecosystem while ensuring it remains scalable, secure, reliable, and easy to use. In this role, you will partner closely with Data Engineering, Analytics, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Operations teams to deliver modern cloud-based platform capabilities that enable innovation and drive business value. You'll champion engineering best practices, automation, continuous improvement, and platform governance while mentoring your team and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.

Safety National is committed to fair, transparent pay and we strive to provide competitive, market-based compensation. The target base salary range for this position is $101,500 to $131,000. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
