The Business Intelligence & Planning Department is dedicated to empowering informed decision-making and driving strategic growth through comprehensive financial planning, data-driven insights, and governance excellence. As a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst (internally known as, Planning & Reserving Associate, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reserving activities that help guide strategic decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with experienced team members to develop plan exhibits, compile financial projections, and analyze budget versus actual results.
You will contribute to maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating plan updates with cross-functional stakeholders, and assisting in the preparation and validation of actuarial reserve analyses. This is an excellent opportunity to build foundational knowledge of the insurance industry while strengthening your analytical, technical, and communication skills in a collaborative and data-driven environment. Your work will directly support leadership insights and help ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting processes.

In our vision to be First with Co-Workers, compensation is only one piece of the comprehensive total rewards package we offer. The target base salary range for this position is $61,000 to $77,500. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
