Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) reviewer for Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plans in outpatient services. You will review documents, guide clinical teams, and ensure compliance with IATP standards while providing crisis evaluation and intervention as needed.

The role requires a Master’s degree and licensure as LCPC/LCSW/LMFT, plus at least two years in behavioral health. Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT license as LPHA reviewer.
• Two years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
• Ability to provide clinical guidance and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as LPHA for Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plan (IATP) to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide clinical feedback to clinicians to support medical necessity and diagnosis.
• Complete risk assessments and safety planning.
• Ensure completion of screening tools and documentation.
• Complete treatment plans with patient goals.
• Provide behavioral health therapy to individuals, families, or groups.
• Coordinate with emergency/crisis teams for high-risk clients.
• Maintain records per policies and regulatory agencies.
• Supervise clinicians or students as assigned.
