Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) reviewer to authorize Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plans in our Outpatient Community Services. The role includes crisis evaluation, clinical guidance to staff, and ensuring IATP compliance with regulations.

Two years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
Master's Degree required.
LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT license(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the LPHA for Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plans (IATP).
Provide clinical feedback to clinicians to support medical necessity and diagnosis.
Complete risk assessments and safety planning as needed.
Ensure documentation supports IATP activities and reviews.
Provide behavioral health therapy to individuals, families, or groups.
Coordinate with emergency/crisis services for high-risk clients.
Maintain records per policy and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with community agencies and care partners to coordinate treatment goals.
