Job summary

Carle Health seeks a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) reviewer to authorize Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plans in outpatient settings. You will review documents, provide clinical guidance, and ensure compliance with IATP standards.

Must hold LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT licenses and a Master’s Degree, with at least two years in behavioral health. The role includes crisis evaluation, collaboration with teams, and potential supervision of clinicians.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional qualifications LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT required.
• Two years of experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as LPHA for Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plans (IATP).
• Provide clinical feedback to ensure medical necessity and accurate diagnosis.
• Complete risk assessment and safety planning steps.
• Ensure proper screening tools are used and documented.
• Coordinate with emergency services and crisis teams as needed.
• Supervise students or clinicians when assigned.
