Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) reviewer for the Outpatient Community Services program. You will authorize Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plans, provide clinical guidance, and ensure IATP compliance across clinical teams.

The role requires LPHA licensure (LCPC/LCSW/LMFT) and at least two years in behavioral health, with strong diagnostic and risk assessment skills. Travel and cross-functional collaboration may be required.

Qualifications

Licensed behavior health professional required, LPHA reviewer
At least two years in a behavioral health setting
Excellent written and oral communication; strong ethical standards

Responsibilities

Serve as LPHA for Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plan (IATP) and ensure regulatory compliance
Provide clinical feedback to clinicians to support medical necessity and diagnosis
Complete risk assessment, safety planning, and appropriate screening tools
Document all activities related to review and authorization of the IATP
Conduct diagnostic assessments and determine immediate treatment plan needs with patients
Coordinate with emergency/crisis services when needed
Supervise or mentor Carle Health clinicians or students as assigned
Meet productivity and compliance standards for documentation
