Traditions Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) to deliver recovery-oriented behavioral health services across clinic, home, and community settings in Northern California.

The LPHA will conduct interviews, perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy to diverse age groups, while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and compliant documentation.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Familiar with crisis intervention and case management principles.
• Understanding of LPS/5150 procedures and county regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct behavioral health assessments for individuals and groups.
• Develop and update treatment plans and progress notes.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy as needed.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, case managers, and community providers.
• Deliver crisis intervention and follow-up care.
• Maintain compliance with professional standards and county policies.
