Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking an experienced LPHA Supervisor to oversee clinicalLPHA staff, coordinate intake and medical collaboration, and ensure timely, high-quality assessments. The role requires California Licensure (Psychologist/LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) and at least two years of supervision in behavioral health.

You will manage documentation in Welligent/Epic, support crisis intervention, and contribute to a trauma-informed, interdisciplinary team focused on integrated care and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• California licensure as Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW or LPCC required.
• A minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Experience with Welligent/Epic EMR systems.
• Experience with Mental Health Medi-Cal procedures.
• Supervision experience in a mental health or psychiatric setting with varied populations.
• Clinical paperwork and record-keeping abilities.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed therapy models and CBT, brief psychotherapy, ASAM assessment, and psycho-educational approaches.
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team and perform risk assessment and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative supervision, training, and guidance to LPHA staff.
• Coordinate care with medical/MAT clinics and ensure medical necessity for admissions.
• Maintain LPHA coverage and supervise crisis intervention and assessments.
• Complete same-day documentation in Welligent and Epic.
• Manage team meetings, workflow, and intake processes; ensure adherence to contract deliverables.
• Lead and coordinate mental health assessments, crisis interventions, and referrals.
