Job summary

Senior Care Therapy, LLC is seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to provide in-person psychotherapy to the geriatric population in skilled nursing facilities across the region. We handle billing, credentialing, and pre-certifications so you can focus on clinical care.

Full-time roles with 32- or 40-hour schedules, a sign-on bonus up to $6,000, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive, psychologist-led team.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPC license in the state applying for.
• In-person clinical work at skilled nursing facilities.
• Proficient with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
• Ability to conduct psychotherapy with geriatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for residents in SNFs.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with facility staff and families to support care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulatory standards in EHR.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
