Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field.
• Must have an LPC Supervisor (Preferred).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Reliable, professional, and client-centered.
• Comfortable working independently within a private practice environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• EHR provided and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling services to assigned clients
• Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner
• Maintain professional and ethical standards of care
• Communicate appropriately with clients and the administrative team
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
• Participate in coordination of care when appropriate
• Build and maintain a consistent client caseload
• Utilize SimplePractice for scheduling, documentation, and client records
• Maintain compliance with Texas LPC-Associate supervision requirements
