Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC-Associate) play a pivotal role in the mental health and well‑being of individuals. They are trained to provide emotional support, guidance, and therapeutic interventions to clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual, couples, and group counseling sessions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
  • Assess clients' mental health status and progress through interviews and observations
  • Provide crisis intervention and emergency counseling as necessary
