Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking licensed counselors for a hybrid role delivering 100% outpatient behavioral healthcare in a group practice setting. The compensation is above market with uncapped earnings, plus a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and a 401k with match.

Licensed Counselors are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking LPCs that are:

• Fully licensed as an LPC in Texas. We are unable to accommodate dependently licensed Clinicians at this time.
