Compassionate Psychiatric Services in Plano, TX seeks an LPC-Associate to join a growing practice serving veterans and adults. This is a 1099 contract with a minimum of 20 hours per week, offering hybrid work (in office and remote) with on-site supervision and mentorship.
You will provide psychotherapy and counseling for a range of psychiatric and substance use disorders, collaborating with a diverse team and an on-site manager to support growth and professional development.
We are a growing psychiatric medical practice based in Frisco, Southlake and Plano TX, comprised of a dedicated team of counselors and clinicians. Our focus is on delivering individualized care to enhance mental health, wellness, and overall patient well-being. As part of our team, you will provide psychotherapy and counseling to patients facing a range of psychiatric and substance use disorders, with a primary focus on working with veterans. The position offers full-time hours with a highly flexible and hybrid work environment.

Our practice is seeking an LPC-Associate to join our highly organized team. We offer a 1099 contract. The ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, trustworthy, and has a desire to work with adults and adolescents. We work with individuals and families from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. The applicant will need to possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have the ability to work independently (you will have an on‑site manager who will be able to provide support, guidance, and mentorship). You will need to secure an outside LPC‑Supervisor to maintain your LPC Associate license and status as we do not offer LPC Supervision at this time.
We handle billing, insurance credentialing, and scheduling. We accept many major insurance programs. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and are a part of the VA Community Care Network. We have constant referral sources and have a current waitlist that can fill caseloads. All our therapists maintain full caseloads. We offer case consultations with our other therapists in the group.
