Phillips Corporation is seeking an LPBF Applications Engineer to lead and scale Laser Powder Bed Fusion at the Navy's Additive Manufacturing Center of Excellence (AMCOE). You will bridge design intent with production reality, delivering repeatable, mission-ready builds and pushing our capabilities to new heights.

You will mentor teammates, share breakthroughs, and anchor resilient processes across design, manufacturing, inspection, and customer teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on LPBF engineering experience and metal AM knowledge.
• Proven ability to perform data-driven root-cause analysis.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across design, manufacturing, inspection, and customer teams.
• Mentorship and technical storytelling to drive adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies.
