• Experience coordinating projects or vendor partners across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate promotion builds and system requests with loyalty system team.
• Manage loyalty promotion calendar with Marketing and Pricing teams.
• Provide store support for loyalty and promotion issues.
• Validate offer and points configurations in Paytronix before launch.
• Run loyalty promotion analytics and reporting as required.
• Escalate issues to loyalty system provider as needed.
• Improve processes to boost loyalty promotion efficiency.
