Job summary

Buyers Edge Platform, a Minnesota-based RealTime Solutions brand, seeks a Program Support Specialist to help run national loyalty programs for our foodservice operator clients. You will collaborate across operations, data, and client services to keep initiatives accurate and on schedule.

The role covers data validation, invoicing support, promotion operations, and internal reporting. A Bachelor’s degree or 2–5 years in PM/data ops is preferred; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting loyalty programs or marketing operations.
• Familiarity with foodservice sales/marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Teams, Jira, Asana).
• Strong data validation, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the program managers in day-to-day loyalty program execution.
• Maintain project tools with current status, risks, and dependencies.
• Assist in promotion operations and basic reporting.
• Prepare client-facing materials and program summaries.
• Identify process improvements and streamline workflows.
• Analyze program performance data and recommend optimizations.
