Job summary

RealTime Solutions, a Buyers Edge Platform brand, seeks a customer‑focused representative to support loyalty rewards programs and manufacturer clients for foodservice operators. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, reference internal resources, and generate data to inform campaigns and programs.

Your impact includes representing clients professionally, handling day‑to‑day tasks for client and internal programs, and ensuring data accuracy through entry, processing, and database

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of customer service or order processing experience preferred but not required.
• 80% of time on phone-based communications with customers and internal teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel.
• CRM experience preferred but not required.
• Foodservice industry experience preferred but not required.
• Must meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and work independently and in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, courteous and professional demeanor with clients and internal teams.
• Dedication to customer service principles and maintaining relationships.

Responsibilities

• Represent our clients and programs in a positive and professional manner.
• Carry out operational day-to-day tasks for client programs and internal projects.
• Work with internal resources to meet client objectives and deadlines.
• Accurately enter data, perform transaction processing and update databases.
• Increase participation in our programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound phone and email communications to educate foodservice operators about services and programs.
