• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in project management, data analysis or marketing operations preferred.
• Experience supporting loyalty programs or B2B/B2C marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support loyalty program operations and program managers in day-to-day execution.
• Perform data validation, audits, and quality checks across enrollment, earning, and redemption.
• Assist in invoicing, reporting, and promotion operations; develop dashboards using Excel/Tableau.
