Job summary

Buyers Edge Platform, LLC in Becker, MN seeks a Program Support Specialist to help execute national loyalty programs. You will support program and project delivery, manage data validation, invoicing, and reporting, and collaborate with operations, IT, accounting, analytics, and client services to keep initiatives accurate and on schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 2–5 years in PM, marketing ops or data analysis.
Experience supporting loyalty programs, CRM, or B2B/B2C marketing preferred.
Strong data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Proficient with Teams, Jira, Asana or similar project tools.

Responsibilities

Support Program Managers in day-to-day loyalty program execution and milestones.
Assist in implementing new features, platform upgrades, and promotions.
Maintain project tools with status, risks and dependencies.
Prepare client-facing materials and performance reports.
