Job summary

RealTime Solutions, a Buyers Edge Platform brand based in Minnesota, partners with foodservice operators, manufacturers, and BEP programs to drive data-driven campaigns and loyalty initiatives. You will support client programs, manage data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client goals.

The role emphasizes phone-based communication, attention to deadlines, and professional client interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or order processing experience.
• 80% of time on phone-based communications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 including Excel.
• CRM experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in foodservice industry preferred but not required.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, prioritize, and work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients and programs in a positive, professional manner.
• Carry out day-to-day tasks for client/internal programs and projects by understanding goals and strategies.
• Work with internal resources to meet client objectives and deadlines.
• Accurately enter data, process transactions and update databases.
• Increase participation in our programs.
• Educate foodservice operators about services, tools, and programs via phone and email.
