Job summary

Responsibilities include presenting drinks and checks, delivering meals, handling payments, and maintaining a clean station. A PRIDE certification and NJ CER license are required to perform this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service/communication skills.
• Ability to carry tray and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of guest charge procedures and ability to present change correctly.
• Familiar with tray service, food menu and cocktail ingredients.
• Must have completed PRIDE certification prior to first shift.
• NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly beverage and food service in assigned lounge area.
• Present drink orders to bartender and write checks while drinks are prepared.
• Deliver drinks to guests and present checks, accept payment and give change.
• Collect and present food orders to kitchen, then deliver meals to guests.
• Clear dirty dishes and reset tables as needed.
• Greet guests by name and offer personal service.
• Promote Caesars Rewards programs and card memberships.
• Promote casino events and tier level information.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene per guidelines.
• Maintain a clean station at all times.
• Work with Caesars Rewards Center to sign up new members.
