Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Specialist, Loyalty to manage day-to-day loyalty program operations, configurations, and campaigns across touchpoints. You will drive engagement, retention, and personalization through data-driven activations and cross-team collaboration.

You will own promotions, testing, and integrations within Alpine IQ, ensure accurate deployment of discounts, and provide location-specific insights to leadership and store teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting loyalty programs in retail, CPG, or regulated industries.
• Hands-on loyalty program experience (Alpine IQ preferred).
• Familiarity with performance reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize the loyalty program, including promotions, rewards, and engagement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain loyalty promotions, coupons, targeted offers, and incentives.
• Build, test, and deploy loyalty initiatives within Alpine IQ before launch.
• Troubleshoot loyalty and account issues by coordinating with support and vendors.
• Maintain documentation, training resources, and execution guidelines for teams and stores.
• Coordinate the activation calendar and timelines, using Asana for dependencies.
• Track loyalty performance and provide insights to improve retention and sales.
• Serve as primary loyalty resource for store leadership with training and insights.
• Collaborate with Senior Manager and Director to align priorities with strategy.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend new programs and best practices.
