Job summary

HF Sinclair is seeking a Consumer Engagement & Loyalty Manager to lead the development, execution and optimization of loyalty initiatives across CRM, mobile app marketing and promotions. The role drives customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value within a collaborative marketing environment in Salt Lake City and beyond.

You will partner with tech vendors, agencies, and internal teams to deliver integrated customer experiences and measurable business results, with a multi-year loyalty

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is required.
• 7+ years of professional marketing experience with loyalty focus.
• Experience with loyalty programs and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute consumer engagement strategies to drive acquisition, retention and loyalty.
• Lead loyalty ecosystem growth and customer lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Manage CRM segmentation, personalization, and automation across channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT and analytics to deliver integrated experiences.
• Oversee KPIs, dashboards, and ROI reporting for loyalty programs.
