HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking a Consumer Engagement & Loyalty Manager to lead the development, execution and optimization of loyalty programs and CRM initiatives. You will drive customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value through the loyalty ecosystem and mobile app marketing, coordinating with partners and internal teams to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Customer Experience, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional marketing experience with focus on loyalty and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute consumer engagement strategies to drive acquisition, retention and loyalty.
• Lead loyalty ecosystem and CRM program growth, including DINOPAY and mobile engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, analytics and agencies to deliver integrated customer experiences.
• Monitor KPIs, report insights, and optimize programs for ROI.
• Manage vendor relationships and co-branded loyalty opportunities.
• Drive customer research and Voice of Customer initiatives.
